Payment Terms
All fees quoted verbally, via email or on our website are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of GST. Payment is due within 7 days of the consultation, and is completed via a direct bank transfer after you receive your invoice by email, or payment online via Stripe.
Accountability Plan
Payment can be made either online in full or via two or three instalments via invoices sent over email. The first instalment is due before the initial consultation. If in two instalments, the second payment is due before the third consultation. If in three instalments, the second is due before the third consultation, and the third is due before the fifth consultation.
Cancellation Policy
If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. If you cancel/reschedule your appointment within 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of the consultation fee. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, exceptions can be made on a case by case basis. Thank you for your understanding.
If for any reason Monica Jaques needs to reschedule your appointment, as much notice as possible will be given. You will not be charged a cancellation fee and your appointment will be rescheduled to a new time that works for everyone.
